Driver Coaching

Driver coaching is provided by the RaceRoom Academy, led by Oliver Jepson and his team. If you're looking to improve your racecraft, braking, racing lines, consistency, or overall pace, their experienced coaches can help you take the next step. Setup Coaching

If you're new to setup work or looking to refine your approach, our coaching is tailored to your experience. Learn how to identify handling issues, understand vehicle balance, and make setup changes with confidence.

Setup coaching is available through the B3 Setups Discord. Weekly sessions, hosted by Bruno Burczyk, cover setup fundamentals, tuning techniques, live Q&A, and practical examples to help you build faster, more consistent setups.
