Charles Sylvander is one of the setup engineers and content creators at B3 Setups, with a strong focus on TCR cars. He develops competitive setups through extensive testing and hands-on experience. Alongside his setup work, Charles supports B3 through marketing, social media, and community growth.
Nils Dautzenberg
Nils Dautzenberg is a DTM Esports driver and experienced sim racer who also competes regularly in iRacing. Known for his speed, consistency, and racecraft, he competes at a high level across multiple platforms and brings valuable competitive insight to the B3 Setups team.
Cole Bradbury
Cole Bradbury is a prototype specialist with a strong background in iRacing. As one of the fastest prototype drivers within Vander Racing, he combines pace, consistency, and technical understanding to help develop competitive setups and support the B3 Setups team.
Bruno Burczyk
Bruno Burczyk is the founder of B3 Setups and a RaceRoom setup engineer with a focus on esports-level performance. He develops competitive setups across multiple car classes while leading the growth of B3 through coaching, track guides, and community initiatives. His goal is to make high-quality setups and practical sim racing knowledge accessible to drivers of all skill levels.
